This has been my first and only makeup palette so far. I bought this in New York, while going on a cheap-shopping spree, from Duane Read drugstore. I seriously had no idea that time, why I bought this. Just that I liked the baby pink colored packaging and that cute mirror inside. Never mind the reasons. I bought it and have used it a couple of times so far and thought of reviewing it here today.

My experience with the Glamour Goddess Palette:
I like the overall packaging and the plastic cover. The quantity of the products is quite ok. The best thing is that none of the products from this palette had broken me out or done any damage to my skin, which I am quite happy about.
I didn't give much of a thought on its usage at the time I bought it. But,going forward as I began to learn how to use it, I really wanted to see how each of these sections perform. So let me breakdown the review below:
1) Lipgloss:

Below is the lipgloss that came in this palette and its swatch:
a) I liked the cute small packaging of the gloss. I think it can be apt for travel purpose.
b) I loved the cute baby pink packaging of the gloss too. (sigh! We girls fell so head over heels on pinks!)
c) The doe foot applicator is ok and makes the application easy.
d) The quantity can go for as much as 10-12 applications.
e) The color payoff is nice. However, staying power is very less like for just 45 minutes to an hour, if I don't eat/drink anything.
Overall: It is a nice handy lipgloss. The gloss is quite thick and has shimmering particles in it, because of which it can be apt for party wear. The only problem is it is quite dark in shade and may not be used for all the events. I didn't expect anything much from this gloss so don't have any disappointments too. Below is how it looks on my lips:
2) Lipliner:
I seriously didn't understand what was the point of giving that red colored lipliner when none of the lipstick/gloss shades could match it. Nevertheless, I made it work somehow and surprisingly it worked quite fine.
It is quite easy to sharpen and the color pay off is really good. I used this pencil to create a retro look for one of my office's theme parties, and it worked quite well. The only drawback is that it gets washed off pretty easily and you may need to do touchups after just 1 hour of wearing it.
3) 1 Black Eye liner pencil:
The black eyeliner pencil is something I couldn't use at all. Even though the texture is creamy; the color payoff is quite bad. No matter how many strokes I give, I always get a faded black streak. I didn't dare to use it on waterline so don't know how it fares there. I might be guilty too of not putting any efforts in making it work for me, as I have better eyeliner options available, so I gave it a pass.
4) 2 cream eyeshadows: Below are the pics and the swatches.

The cream shadows have these gorgeous silver and gold shades, which come out quite well on eyes. The only problem is that they are a bit dried up and hence are quite difficult to blend or even take out from the case. Also, I've sometimes used them over my eyes over a base, they just give a subtle hint of color, which looks ok for day wear and don't look OTT at all. I've usually wore them for just 2-3 hours, and they stayed well, without getting patchy or creasy on a base.
5) 8 powder eyeshadows:

6) 6 Lip colors:
I have tried using these lipcolors only once and then gave up on them. The quantity, color and staying power were nil, so didn't even bother to look upon them at all. Right now they are even covered with the fall outs from eyeshadows and bronzer. Please pardon them for their pity state, but they are meant to be that way - completely useless. I didn't take the pic of 6th lip color coz it was full of bronzer (gross!! ). And don't bother the swatches.
I saved the best for the last!! lol.. In fact, I was pretty surprised at the way the blushes and the bronzer worked in this palette. Out of the two blushes - one is frosty pink colored shade and the other is rosy matte pink in color.
- I absolutely love the way they come out on my cheeks. They are awesomely pigmented and give a very beautiful color to my face.
- Add the icing to the cake, their staying power is also quite good. They stay on my face for as long as 5-6 hours daily, without any primer. I simply apply them on the apples of my cheeks after prepping up my face with foundation and compact, using the same flat brush this palette provides. It makes the application quite easy for me, and avoids me to over do anything.
- These blushes have never broken me out. I usually use the rosy matte pink shade for daily office wear, and the frosty shimmery pink colored one for evening and night time.

All the brushes except the blush brush were crap and I think I've already thrown them off.
Overall verdict: For the price I paid, I didn't have much expectation with the palette, but it turned out to be quite good on some points. I love the blushes, and wear them daily for office. From eyeshadows; I like the bronze, deep blue, and the gold shades, which are decently pigmented and stay quite well on my eyes. This was an experimental palette for me as no one was there to guide me while I was starting with makeup, but now there are much better options available at great prices, so you guys can check them out.
Will I buy it again? No
