Easy 5min Chia breakfast bowl | vegan

Everyone knows that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day! 



So I take it really seriously. I eat breakfast every morning. There might be days when I have to wake up,really  early and work a long day, then I skin breakfastat home and get them somwhere on the go, or prep them on previous evening so I can take it with me. 
The chia seed has been having a moment for what seems like the past five years. That’s probably because its uses are limitless.
But now my newcomer to my breakfast menu is : 

Chia seed pudding:

Prep time: 5min in the evening/ 5 min in the morning
Ingredients: 3 + what U like
Serves: bowl for 1 person

Main ingredients:
🔹chia seeds 4 table spoons
🔹 milk ( your pick) 
🔹 sweetener ( your pick) 

Optional: 
🔺 cinnamon
🔺vanilla extract
🔺 fruits of your choice
🔺nuts
🔺yogurt
🔺granola
🔺coconut flakes
🔺 chocolate 

I use chia seeds 3 big table spoons ( my jar is small), almond milk + vanilla sugar + 1 banana, half apple and 1/4 of pomegranate! Yumm - so fresh, light, tasty, and filling! 
And I prefer unblended version- takes less time and and Inlove the texture. 

Make this the night before for a decadent breakfast or mid-day snack. Or, prep it in the morning for a hands-off, simple dessert during the day. You can’t go wrong either way! And, it lasts for a couple days in the fridge. 


Chia seeds are super healty 

A 100-gram serving of chia seeds is a rich source of the B vitamins thiamine and niacin (54% and 59%, respectively of the daily value (DV), and a good source of the B vitamins riboflavin and folate (14 and 12%, respectively). The same amount of chia seeds is also a rich source of the dietary minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and zinc


Chia seeds may be added to other foods as a topping or put into smoothies, breakfast cereals, energy bars, granola bars, yogurt, tortillas, bread, made into a gelatin-like substance, or consumed raw.

* For vegetarians and vegans : The gel can be used to replace as much as 25% of egg content and oil in cakes while providing other nutrients.

p.s. By the way I have kind of a black period in my life - my computer is dead, some smart IT people are trying to get it back to life, my car is acting strange and I did got a parkinging ticket today :( forgot to pay for it - not on purpose. Well then almost lost my Hugo Boss gloves, haven't done any home work for university and oh, thanks this black list is over. I am back to the gym from yesterday, still taking a serious part in plank challange HERE YOU CAN SEE IT! And over all I feel really good and I am happy. Oh, bought my first wetsuit for surf from MYSTIC.  I am so excited about this journey. Oh, will try to show you really soon photos from my first Surf trip in Portugal that I went to in october. Well ok, now you are a bit up to date with whats going on in my life. :)
